This resistance and decrease in body fat plan can be for both males and females. It has short but very intense sessions that contain a fair amount of HIIT's, AMRAP sets, cardio and core. The idea is to increase resistance in the gym, begin to have a like to it and be able to decrease body fat to lose some weight. The plan won't work unless the diet tips aren't followed.
